1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of sovsystems.com.au ("the Website"), which is operated by SOV Systems Pty Ltd ("SOV Systems", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

2. General information only

The Website provides general information about SOV Systems and the SOV·32 platform. It is not legal, WHS, medical, psychological or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice about your own situation.

Using the Website, or contacting us through it, does not create a client relationship. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

3. Not a crisis service

Neither the Website nor SOV·32 is a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that all information is complete or current. WHS laws and guidance change over time. Blog articles, including their citations, reflect our understanding at the date of publication.

5. Our content

SOV Systems owns the content on the Website, including text, blog articles, videos, podcasts, images, logos and branding, or uses it with permission.

You may:

view and download content for your own personal or internal business use; and
share our blog articles and other content using the share buttons, or by linking to the original page.

You may not copy, change, republish or sell our content, or use our name, logos or branding, without our written permission.

6. The SOV·32 app

The Website includes a link to the SOV·32 app. Use of the app is governed by the agreement between SOV Systems and your employer, our Privacy Policy, and the notice shown in the app, not by these terms.

7. Enquiry and demo forms

When you use our Book a Demo, contact or enquiry forms, please provide accurate information. We handle the information you send us in line with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create any agreement between you and SOV Systems.

8. Testimonials and case studies

Testimonials and case studies on the Website reflect the individual experiences of the people and organisations involved, and are published with their permission. Results will vary from workplace to workplace.

9. Links to other websites

The Website links to other websites, including our social media pages and sources cited in our blog articles. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

10. Using the Website properly

You must not:

use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
introduce viruses or other harmful code; or
copy or collect content from the Website using automated tools.

11. Privacy and analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information, including through cookies and website analytics.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOV Systems is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Website.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
