The SOV·32 Program:
32 Weeks, One Toolbox Talk a Day
SOV·32 (SOV32) is a daily toolbox talk program built for blue-collar workers across Australia. Each five-minute audio talk builds the habits that keep crews safe and steady: managing fatigue and stress, wearing PPE right, reading the site, speaking up, and looking after their mental health. Every week is aligned with Australian work health and safety legislation, including the requirements for managing psychosocial hazards.
