SUPERVISOR BRIEFING: THE SOV32 SYSTEM INSTALL
ROLE: SYSTEM AUDITOR
The Hook (The "Why"): "Gentlemen, we’re starting the SOV32 Pilot today. This isn't another 'safety talk' and it’s not a mental health 'chat.' My job is to give you a crew that is biologically stable and mentally sharp before they even pick up a tool. A Sovereign Operator is a crew member who doesn't 'drift' at 2:00 PM and doesn't bring their home-life baggage into the pit."
The Responsibility (The "How"): "Your role in this is the Sign-Off. In the back of each man's physical workbook, there is a Weekly Mastery Stamp. Your job isn't to teach them—it’s to audit them. When they bring you their logbook at the end of the week, you are looking for three things:
-
Consistency: Did they log their pre-starts every day?
-
Honesty: Are the scores realistic, or are they 'pencil-whipping' the data?
-
The Stamp: If the work is done, you apply the SOV32 Stamp of Completion. "
The Benefit (The "Win"): "By doing this, you aren't just ticking a box. You are building an audit trail. If an incident happens, we have the telemetry to show that this crew was calibrated and fit for work. It shifts the liability off your shoulders and puts the sovereignty back on the operator."
The Protocol: "We are running this for 90 days. I will be tracking their podcast engagement and LMS scores in the background. If I see a man’s data starting to 'Red-Line' or drift, I’ll flag it with you before it becomes a site incident. Any questions on the perimeter?"
