90-DAY SITE PILOT: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
STATUS: PRE-COMMISSIONING
To ensure the integrity of the SOV32 Telemetry and the successful habituation of the crew, the following five pillars must be established prior to deployment:
1. SELECTION OF THE PILOT COHORT
Management must designate a specific crew or department (maximum 15 operators) for the initial 90-day cycle. This allows for a controlled data set to compare against "Standard" site performance.
2. APPOINTMENT OF SOVEREIGN LEADS
Site Supervisors for the selected cohort must be briefed on the Sign-Off Protocol. They serve as the first line of audit, verifying the "Daily Operator Logbooks" and ensuring the internal perimeter is maintained.
3. THE DIGITAL PERIMETER (HUB ACCESS)
Operators require authorized access to the Sovereign Hub via their mobile devices. This is essential for the transmission of the 160+ daily podcasts and the tracking of the Advanced LMS data.
4. CRIB HUT INTEGRATION
The Architect requires a dedicated "System Update" window within existing Toolbox Talk schedules once per week. This ensures the physical SOV32 Workbooks are being utilized as intended and provides a feedback loop for real-time adjustments.
5. MANAGEMENT LEDGER SYNC
A bi-weekly 15-minute sync between the Architect and Site Leadership is required to review the Executive Telemetry. This ensures the data collected from the LMS, Podcasts, and Logbooks is aligned with the site’s specific ISO 45003 reporting requirements.
